Evaluation Combine & Equipment Handout Day:
The date is Sunday June 13th 2010 at our Home Field on Lybolt Road
in Bullville.
We will run each athlete through drills and record performances. At the end of the evaluation players will be given
their equipment. Please pay special attention to the spelling of your child’s last name on all of our forms because
player’s names will be on the Football Jersey, which is yours to keep at the end of the season. The Jersey number preference
will also be recorded on this performance day.

Please have all players at the correct assigned session,
the correct equipment and coaches are going to be there during those times.

Player
Evaluation/Combine:
Along with measuring height and weight, each player
will be evaluated in areas of strength (bench press/push- ups), speed (shuttle run & 40 yard dash), jumping (broad jump
& vertical leap), and of course, football ability (7 on 7 passing, receiving & defense). The evaluations will
be used to help coaches balance teams and plan areas that need to worked on during the season.
Ø Equipment Handout:
We want to make sure every Player is equipped properly. Any Player who does not get equipment at this
time will be given equipment at the start of Practice in August. **An adult must be available to sign for the equipment received.**

Parents/Grandparents/Siblings show your Pine Bush pride and wear a replica football jersey or cheer
jacket. The family purchase price for the additional Jersey is $40 for youth sizes and $55 for adults. Cheer jackets
will be $45 each. Orders can only be taken and paid for on Performance Day, June 13th!!!!
